Costs
Our normal full week change over day is Sunday: this generally gives you the opportunity for a slightly cheaper, more relaxed Channel crossing on the Saturday night or Sunday morning. The cost to rent the house on a self catering basis is as follows:

Remember, these costs remain the same, regardless of the number of members of your group, so the more there are of you, the cheaper it becomes: even in the highest season it would cost each member of a group of 20 just €92.50 for the entire week!
Extras Included In Above Costs
Unlike many gîtes in France, we include many features at no extra cost to our quoted prices.
This includes:
* All bed linen (except in the dormitory where you'll need to bring your own sleeping bags);
* A Welcome Pack of groceries;
* A large bag of charcoal for the BBQ;
* We even stock the fridge in the bar with a selection of beers and wines!
The only additional charges are for requested extras such as towels, (these are available at a small extra cost).

We want you to enjoy your stay at La Daviais: we'll give you lots of ideas for things to do and places to go when you arrive. In addition, we may be able to organise various escorted trips to particularly interesting and unusual places or events. There will be an extra cost for this service - I'll post more details about this in the New Year.
A deposit of 25% will secure your booking. We can take a UK cheque in Sterling (we'll advise you of the current exchange rate at the time of booking - we use MSN Money) or we can take a Euro payment on PayPal if you prefer. Contact us for further details.
Finally, in the low season (October - April), we are able to offer just part of the gîte for small parties of between 1-4 people often at very short notice and at very low cost. See the off season rental page for further details.
N.B. Five Star European cover with full medical insurance is very strongly advised. It can be obtained from the AA, RAC, Green Flag, etc.
