In the low season only (October - April), we are often able to offer just part of the gîte for small parties of between 1-4 people on a daily basis. This is ideal if you plan to be in the Saint James area for short periods of time, for example, if you're planning to buy a property in Manche, would like to have the convenience of having somewhere to use as a base, but don't want the expense of a hotel or B and B.

You would be able to use the kitchen/diner, Bedroom 4 with it's own shower/ensuite and Bedroom 5. See photo page for pictures. This is ideal for a couple and up to two children: it is not suitable for three or four adults, due to the accessibility of the shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have their own electric heaters and the kitchen has a very efficient wood burning stove. Unlike almost every other gîte we know, we don't charge extra for heating or wood. The swimming pool and other facilities available in the full gîte are obviously not accessible.
